Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #155079
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor #20276
Hi, I’m Jen!
I’m honored to walk alongside you on your mental health journey. Therapy is more than a job for me—it’s a calling, a way to create positive change one individual or family at a time.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space and unconditional support to discuss the hard stuff. Together, we’ll celebrate your wins, big and small, and learn new tools and healthy coping skills that will follow you long after our time together.
Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, gender or sexual identity questions, grief or loss, life transitions, or relationship struggles, I’m here to help. I have specialized experience supporting individuals and families dealing with anxiety, grief, and medical conditions—including food allergies—and I’m especially passionate about working with caregivers navigating these experiences.
My Approach
In our work together, I aim to create a warm, welcoming space—like talking with a trusted friend on a comfy couch. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader and offer steady, nonjudgmental support while encouraging you to move toward your goals. My approach combines empathy, humor, and evidence-based practices to promote growth and healing.
I believe therapy should be as unique as you are. I tailor my approach to your strengths, preferences, and goals, often drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies. When appropriate, I also offer Brainspotting—a powerful method for processing emotional or traumatic experiences and facilitating deeper healing.
My Clients
I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan—from elementary-aged children to older adults. I have extensive experience supporting tweens, teens, and adults in both individual and group settings. I proudly affirm individuals of all cultures and identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and am committed to creating an inclusive and affirming therapeutic environment.
