Eon Jean Newquist
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #154523
Hello and welcome! I’m Eon!
Life is a beautiful, ever-evolving journey. Sometimes it brings us to moments of significant change – whether we're contemplating a new direction, navigating a challenging transition, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of ourselves. No matter your age, or where you are on your path, I'm here to offer a supportive hand and walk alongside you.
You lead this journey, and I'll be your supportive guide, offering insights and a steady presence. To help us along, I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches including Existential and Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Strengths-Based and Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Brainspotting.
