Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful, brain-body therapy that helps individuals process and release deeply held trauma, emotional pain, and other challenging symptoms. Based on the principle that "where you look affects how you feel," Brainspotting uses specific eye positions (or "brainspots") that correlate with unprocessed experiences stored in the brain. By focusing on these spots, often enhanced with bilateral sound, this therapy helps to access and gently release these emotional and physiological blockages, promoting profound healing, emotional regulation, and resilience that may be difficult to reach with traditional talk therapy alone.
